Mr. Faisal Al Otaibi
Founding Partner
Mr. Faisal Al Otaibi is the founder and principal Partner of DALF. He specializes in niche Shariah and Saudi Laws. Previously, he worked with the Saudi government on the privatization project of the Saudi Grain Organization (SAGO), and was a Supervisor of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). Mr. Faisal has drafted many legal contracts for the National Water Company of Saudi Arabia (NWC). His noteworthy clients include a number of reputable companies in Saudi Arabia. He has also been often requested by other legal Companies/firms to advise as counsel on various subjects especially commercial and contractual anomalies.
Abdal Majeed Bin Hamdan
Family Law Counsel
Prior to joining Diwan Alkhibrah Law Firm, Mr. Abd Almajeed worked at reputable law firms in Riyadh. During his (trainee lawyer) chambering period, he handled a broad range of works in the areas of family law, financial transactions such as sale and purchase of properties, Islamic property financing and Islamic corporate refinancing. He was also involved in corporate matters, mainly in drafting, vetting and finalizing commercial and corporate agreements. Eager to strive for achievements, Majeed later joined Diwan Alkhibrah law firm where he embarked on his journey to be a great Family law litigator. His diverse and versatile backgrounds had given him a specific advantage in the family law department.

Majed Al Asadi
Legal Advisor
Majed Al-Asadi works as a legal advisor at the Diwan Alkhibrah Law Firm. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Shaqra University (Riyadh). Previously, he worked for an International Company for Commercial Office Supplies in Riyadh as a legal advisor. During his tenure as a legal advisor, he has successfully concluded from Saudi government commercial transactions, financial and administrative transactions, and made claims. He also participated in corporate affairs, particularly in the formulation, examination and termination of agreements, partner agreements and transactions with the competent authorities.
Keen to pursue accomplishments, Majed later joined the DALF, where he embarked on his journey to be a successful legal advisor. His diverse and varied backgrounds gave him a special advantage in the legal advisory department for governmental administrative dealings.
